They are both located in Letnitza, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>When they opened in 2010, our two factories shared a combined area of 6,000 m2. Over the years, we have continuously extended their space, increasing it to 10,000 m2 in 2012. At present, the total area of the factories is <strong>22,000m2<\/strong>.\u00a0 The steel shop has a capacity to produce more than <strong>450 tons of steel per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the workload, there are around 200 employees working at these factories.<\/p>\n<h4>Our Iron Shop<\/h4>\n<p>Letnitza Steel has a capacity to produce more than <strong>450 tons of steel per month.<\/strong> This is also where we handle the construction and assembly of steel frames with a capacity to process more than <strong>1000 tons of steel per year<\/strong>.\u00a0It is also the home of our pre-assembly workshop with lifting equipment and an impressive height of 25 meters. It allows pre-assembly of large structures and precision in manufacturing. This stage of the production process guarantees the quality in the final phase of each project and avoids inaccuracies before they occur on the construction site.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;100px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;100px&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Plywood and fiberglass factories&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left|line_height:1&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;wt-title&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1629379821682{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_images_carousel images=&#8221;13728,13729,13730,13731,13732,13733&#8243; img_size=&#8221;1200&#215;600&#8243; autoplay=&#8221;yes&#8221; wrap=&#8221;yes&#8221; el_class=&#8221;fixed-height-carousel&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Plywood Panels Shop \u2013 this is where the plywood is cut, painted and textured. It can process<strong> 144,000 m2 of plywood per year<\/strong>. This workshop uses CNC Machines to cut the plywood with laser precision. It also has the latest texturing and painting equipment.<\/p>\n<p>GRP Panels Production \u2013 the production center for GRP walls has an annual capacity of more than <strong>28,800 m2<\/strong>. GRP panel walls offer great durability in all-weather conditions and also allow the shaping of panels in various 3D forms, such as for the <a href=\"https:\/\/walltopia.com\/products\/fun-walls\/rocktopia-granite-double\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rocktopia<\/a> wall designs.<\/p>\n<p>At Letnitza we also manufacture all the different types of obstacles for the obstacle courses of our Active Entertainment division. The capacity we have reached currently is of more than<strong> 500 obstacles per year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>But there is more \u2014<\/h4>\n<p>This plant includes also several smaller departments: plaster and mold casting, grinding, plywood paint and texture, molding, cutting and volume production.<\/p>\n<p>Our paint workshop is spread on more than <strong>2500 square meters<\/strong> equipped with ventilation chambers. Our expertise allows us to apply dual coating &#8211; high quality coating of hot-dip galvanized metal and UV resistant paint, suitable for outdoor areas with high humidity.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the workflow the factory works on 2 or 3 shifts to meet the demand of all our clients. This new production plant is located in Bozhurishte (near Sofia) and began operating in early 2016. It has both an administrative and warehouse areas, and covers <strong>17 495 sq. m<\/strong>.
