Walltopia worked at the Guelph Grotto Climbing Col (Guelph, Canada) in 2021 and 2022, but their fantastic service started well before that. From the start, the Walltopia team helped create the gym of our dreams by working effortlessly to change the smallest details to make our dream gym come to life.

During the design, Walltopia's design team listened to our wants and understood our needs, giving recommendations to help navigate the old structure of our building (steel structure everywhere). Walltopia was always very accommodating when we made changes to the design, 38 renderings to be exact.

Communication was great, when the shipping issues arose Yassen called us almost every day to let us know the status of our containers. They worked around the clock to make sure that the job was started and finished with as little interference to gym operations as possible.

The staff were very friendly and professional and kept us up-to-date with the construction, but also made us feel like we were part of the Walltopia family. Viktor, their one staff member, made us Tiramisu and was so excited for our staff to try it. Their entire team had such a positive and fun attitude that we looked forward to the next day with them.

The walls they created are beautiful, durable, and illuminate the climbing gym. If we decide to tackle the challenge of building a new climbing gym, we WILL NOT hesitate to call Walltopia - they are industry leaders for a reason.
